Goal Setting

Set a clear target from day one. Choose the habit you want to quit and how many days you want to stay clean. Add a reason and a reward to keep yourself accountable. Quick-select buttons let you pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year. You can change your goal later without losing your progress. Your dashboard shows your current streak in days, hours, and minutes, plus how close you are to your goal as a percentage.

Private Journal

Log what matters when a craving hits or you slip. Record it in your private journal with entry types for Craving, Relapse, Note, or Victory. Add intensity level on a 1-10 slider, location where it happened, and common triggers like Stress, Boredom, Social, Anxiety, Anger, or Celebration. Quick actions on the dashboard let you log in one tap. Your entries stay on your device and help you spot patterns over time.

Progress Tracking

See your progress at a glance. A simple bar chart shows the last 14 days with color-coded segments for clean days and relapses. The statistics screen gives you your current streak, longest streak ever, total relapses logged, and goal progress percentage. A full calendar heatmap shows every day with green for clean, red for relapse, and you can navigate by month. Export a report to share with a coach or keep for yourself.

Motivation System

Stay motivated when it gets hard. A new daily quote appears every day in the Motivation tab. Browse a library of tips and support cards organized by category. Save the quotes that hit home with a tap on the heart icon. Unlock achievements as you hit milestones—from First Step at 1 day to Breaking the Chain at 14 days. When you need a reminder of how far you've come, open the app and check your streak counter.

Focus-Oriented Design

Built for focus with no clutter, no social features, and no ads. Just your goal, your streak, and the tools to keep going. The dark theme reduces eye strain during late-night check-ins. Four main screens cover Dashboard, Statistics, Journal, and Motivation—everything you need without complex menus. All data stored locally on your iPhone means complete privacy. No account required, no cloud sync, no sharing unless you choose to export.

Achievement Milestones

Unlock badges as you progress. Milestone achievements include First Step (1 day clean), Three Days Strong (3 days), Week Without (7 days), and Breaking the Chain (14 days). Strength achievements reward craving resistance: Stronger Than Craving (log 5 cravings without relapsing), Craving Master (10 cravings), and Resilient Fighter (20 cravings). Each unlocked achievement shows in color with progress indicators for locked ones.

Tracking Mechanics

  • Streak counter runs continuously showing days, hours, and minutes since your last relapse, resetting to zero only when you log a relapse event
  • 14-day progress chart displays horizontal bars with green segments for clean days and red-orange gradients for days with relapses
  • Calendar heatmap uses green squares for clean days and red squares for relapse days, with each cell showing the date number for full accessibility
  • Goal progress bar shows percentage completion toward your target days with a visual timeline from start date to goal date

Journal System

  • Four entry types: Craving (orange flame icon), Relapse (red circular arrow), Note (document icon), and Victory (green star icon)
  • Intensity slider captures craving strength from 1 (Low) to 10 (High) with the selected number displayed in large golden text
  • Multi-select trigger chips let you tag entries with Stress, Boredom, Social, Anxiety, Anger, or Celebration for pattern analysis
